1st National Steel Summit in Saarbrücken

The Minister of Saarland for Economic Affairs, Anke Rehlinger, said that without steel no wind turbine would rotate and no electric car would be built. have to provide advice and assistance. Steel does not belong in a museum. Steel is the future, said the German Minister for Foreign Affairs, Heiko Maas, at the steel summit. The jobs in the German industry are the most environmentally friendly in the world, said the German Minister for Economic Affairs, Peter Altmaier. The conference program was complemented by numerous lectures and discussions.
A delegation of Stahlwerk Thüringen represented the company at the summit and enjoyed the presence of the mayoress of the municipal association of Unterwellenborn.
