Succession in our Sales and Logistics Department

We have the pleasure to introduce Mr Alexander Stier, the new Head of our Sales and Logistics Department, who has fulfilled this position since 1st July 2023.

He succeeds Dr Rolf Wendler, who has contributed decisively to the global success story of our company during his 40 years with Stahlwerk Thüringen and under various shareholder structures.

Mr Stier has many years of domestic and international experience in sales and marketing, both in the automotive supplier and steel segments, and we are very pleased that we were able to win him for our company.

We wish him every success with the German miners’ greeting “Glück auf” as he tackles the challenging tasks that lie ahead in the coming years, as well as a big thank you to Dr Rolf Wendler for his commitment and achievements over the past four decades.
